A sake brewery that has kept its taste since its establishment.
Established in 1688(the first year of the Genroku era). Still following the fundamentals of our original way "Local rice and local water", we use the natural spring water from our property. As for rice, it is grown by local contracted farmers in Emukae, we continue to make sake with traditional techniques that have been inherited since the establishment. Also, the main storehouse which is still in use is said to be the original building of the time of foundation, and it has been designated as the Tangible Cultural Property of Nagasaki Prefecture.
