Managed by Michi no Eki Sasebox 99 in front of Sasebo Station, where kakuuchi (drinking while standing in the shop) is possible. The shop’s concept is about spending time enjoying Sasebo with local Japanese sake (rice wine) to go with local tidbits.
Enjoy Sasebo gourmet food, including an SDF curry (a Japan Self-Defense Forces recipe) and lemon steak. Lunch until 3 pm is also popular.
Available at the souvenir corner of Sasebox 99+1 are carefully selected products, including Hachino-ya’s jumbo cream puffs and Tenshinpaozu Chinese Restaurant’s jumbo dumplings.
