Valuable brewery tools that recall the past are on display.

Nagasaki Prefectural Historic Site "Emukae Honjin Yashiki" was a accommodation for Lords of Hirado when they traveled on the duty of "Sankin-kotai" the system of alternate attendance in Edo period. The construction is very sophisticated as you can see in "Suikin-kutsu" the water lyre made by gardeners from Kyoto, and "Chinsui-sha" the royal room exclusively for the Lord. "Yamashita Family's Storehouse" was originally made for raising yeast of sake during the Genroku era, and it is designated as a tangible cultual property of Nagasaki prefecture. Used a very rare construction method which supports an umbrella shaped roof with only one pole without using nails, it is a work of art left by the craftmen of the time,
